I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with the impact of obsessive romantic jealousy on their lives and relationships.
While a partner may occasionally be invited to join a session when clinically helpful, my practice focuses on individual therapy rather than couples counseling.
-
At the heart of my work is Human-Centered Therapy. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental relationship where you feel heard, understood, and respected as we work toward meaningful change.
My preferred methods for helping clients who are struggling with the impact of obsessive romantic jealousy on their lives and relationships include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps people identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to jealousy, insecurity, and relationship fears.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Helps people manage overwhelming emotions, tolerate uncertainty, communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, and break relationship patterns that keep them stuck.
Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT): Helps people identify and challenge beliefs that keep them trapped in cycles of jealousy, insecurity, fear, and self-doubt.

Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll receive a link before each session and can attend from a private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

Many clients appreciate the convenience, flexibility, and privacy that online therapy offers. At this time, services are primarily provided through telehealth.
-
The first session is focused on understanding what you're going through, what you've already tried, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy.
We'll discuss your concerns, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process. Many clients tell me they feel relieved simply having a space to talk openly about struggles they've been carrying alone.
